Good impression I would agree with lots of good thigs that have been said about Dr. Zerafat in this website. I had a appointment for routine check ups and I end up getting my teeth cleaned today. Dr. Fray Zerafat has very nice chairside manner. His staff were helpfull and they treated me very nice from the moment I got to the office. These days everyone hasitate to go to the dentist, but once you find a good one, you want to go there evry six months. I recommend you to see this office cause it is very relaxing environment.
smooth operator I needed a deep cleaning for a long time and my co-worker recommended this office because she had a good experience with them. i went in last week and the doctor did a good job as i nearly didn't feel a thing. The injection went so smooth and i was very happy to see that he mae sure i would stay calm throughout the procedure.
i like the service It was nice to see a caring dentist with a nice receptionist. Ruth helped me with my insurance payments and Dr. Zerafat did a root canal for me. I need to go back and get my crown. I'm still little sore, but the ibuprofen is kikking it.Thanks any ways for your help and God bless your heart.
Great Family Dentist Dentist Pacific Beach is a great family dentist. We'd been to three dental clinics before we settled on this one. The reason is that our kids 3 years old and 7 years old didn’t want to go to the dentist before because they said it was painful when their teeth are being cleaned. dont go to this dentist my insurance changed so i had to pick a dentist near by in my " network " so i chose this one. i went to this dentist to get a routine 6 month cleaning. they took the x rays and then told me i needed a crown ? which they said i was gonna have to pay $750 dollars for. i thought it was a little weird that they said i needed a crown, i havent missed an appointment in years with my other dentist and all of the sudden i need a crown. huh ? so then they tell me im done and i needed to reschedule my appointm... read more
great service From the moment I called this office, i get the sense that they have good a customer service.Ruth was very informative and helped me to get my insurance benefit.My extraction went ok and Dr. Zerafat made sure that I'll be comfortable while i was under laughing gas. God, i love that gas. its amazing.My jaw is little sore. But, overall they did a good job.
excellent work I've been a patient of Dream smile for just over a year and have gotten extensive restoration work done on my teeth. They do outstanding work and I recommend them highly.
Stay away Udate- 5/7/09- I complained to Aetna- Both Russ (below) and myself. They found he charged me for treatments I wasn't told about and he has to refund $290 for the fillings. They said they couldn't comment on whether the debridement was proper or not, but the amount charged was correct, so there was nothing they could do. Stress Free I have been with several dentists all over the place for several years and I can honestly say that Dr. Zerafat is the best. By far, getting an appointment with them was stress free. Both Dr. Zerafat and the clinic personnel are gentle, friendly and reassuring. Even my kids are not afraid to go for their dental checkup; they make the kids completely at home.
