HORRIBLE!!!! I could write a NOVEL on all the awful things that happened. Long story short, me and my husband were never told that ALL of the procedures Dr. Zarafat did were "elective" procedures, meaning that they were not necessary. I assumed that when the DR. says you have a filling, it needs to be done. By him writing "elective" behind each procedure that meant it is not covered by insurance and he charged up WAY more than we expected. SUCH A SCAM! and they never gave my the itemized list of procedures when I asked them ... read more
