I must say, I have been going to Webster Dental for many many years. I am so very happy with them. The staff is always there to accommodate me, "Especially" when I have an emergency!!! I can always always count in them. As far as the doctors there I cannot say enough about them. I just LOVE everyone there. If you have not gone there yet, you should make it an appointment. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. I assure you will make them your dental office for life.
Taken right on time for my appointment and technician began right away with x rays before the cleaning. Office is pleasant ant relaxing and very clean. Dr. Cohen is a very pleasant dentist. Had crown work done previously and it fit perfectly right away. Nice people and nice atmosphere.
So, my morning was completely thrown off and I forgot i had an appointment at 12:30. When the receptionist called...I was frantic, but she was able to still get me in. Luckily, I live less than 10 minutes away. My Dentist, Chelsea Jones was AWESOME! Very nice, professionally and personable. The Dental assistant was also nice and personable. No one made me feel bad for being late, and that was comforting. So far, I'm happy I switched to this location!
They've always done a great job with me and my kids.
Our family loves Dr. Jones and the entire staff at Webster Dental. They always take such great care of us, are professional, kind, and know what they are doing!
I have been going to the Irving Park office for over 10 years. My Dentist Dr. Cohen is the BEST professional and friend I have been a patient of. He and his great staff are amazing as always! Thank you for your service.
Shannon and Dr. Jones make a great team. Everything is done professionally and efficiently. Procedures are explained. Throughout the visit I was asked if I was comfortable. My hair was full of static electricity and kept getting in the way, though that was my responsibility and no one else's. The reception staff is outstanding! Part of the reason I go to Webster Portage Park is because of the leg work Niecy did initially to get my dental records transferred. They take my dental insurance. I’ve used Webster Dental for almost a year now. Each time I go it’s always an excellent experience. The staff are always friendly and informative. Not to mention my hygienist is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
