I've been checking out dentists in the area - we seem to get quite a few dental office leaflets in the mail. I like Webster for the new equipment, fun staff, and (well you would expect, but yes) they do know what they are doing. I was also impressed that it comes across as a friendly work-place. I don't want any grumpy people sticking sharp objects in my mouth. Call me fussy. Absolutely fine at Webster. I am very happy with the dental work, communication, and experience.
I moved to Jeff Park and needed a dentist closer to home. I am so happy I found Webster in Portage Park. My hygienist, Shannon, was awesome. She took me on a tour of the place and pointed everything out before we began. She was very detailed in her exam. Dr. Jones is very nice, outgoing and made me feel comfortable right away. There was a issue with insurance and they cleared it up right away and were very professional.
As always, I had a wonderful experience with the extremely professional and helpful people at Webster Dental.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and pleasant. I never really went to the dentist because I was always afraid, but once one has kids doctor offices become a regular. Once I saw the way they took care of my kids and husband I knew I had to go. And on my first visit and every other visit their patience, knowledge, kindness, and service has been on point every time.
I mean really who loves going to the dentist not many really do for all kinds of reasons. Nothing about this location or dr. Cohen makes going to the dentist scary. The location is clean and nicely decorated—the receptionist is friendly—my dentist hygienist is great in cleaning my teeth she is gentle. My experience today was good. Everyone was very professional & friendly.
I am very pleased with all the dental hygienists and dentists that I have experienced at Webster Dental Care at Portage Park. Everyone in the office has been very helpful and kind, also. I would recommend having your dental needs attended to here.
Every member of the staff was so friendly (which I'm not used to at dentist offices). The dentist was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in depth. Thank you for making this a comfortable experience for me!
