Dr. Cohen and Emily are my favorite ppl to see when I come in. Dr. Cohen always keeps me informed and he keeps me laughing. Emily is the sweetest person to every meet!
The staff at Webster Dental Care in Portage Park are friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr. Jermanus. She answered all of my questions that I had regarding my upcoming gum surgery. I highly recommend Webster Dental Care.
I always feel relaxed when I enter Webster’s dental on Irving. The staff is always smiling and that makes me relaxed.
I was referred by my daughter to have a dental appointment with Dr Cohen, she told me he is very gentle and professional and definitely he is! Dr Cohen explained me in full details the condition of my gums and teeth, other dentists don't take the time to do that. I will recommend my friends and other family members to have their teeth and gums being care by Dr Cohen.
If you hate the dentist like I do, you will change your mind once you've been to Webster Dental in Portage Park! I rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time. Once I'm in, the hygienist is there and starts almost right away, and the cleaning and x-rays are almost enjoyable. The technology is modern, the services are efficient and painless. The staff is friendly, the office is clean. Two thumbs up!
Painless, positive, proactive & professional. Parking was right outside the entrance door (like 4 steps from my car). I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist when I arrived. I was in & out in about a half hour or so. On top of all that, when I was leaving I received a goody bag chock full of useful dental & household items. A very pleasant experience indeed.
