Staff was friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond expectations
A new woman was who worked with me today. She was very nice and courteous. She understood that I have a major fear and wanted to accomidate, i felt the needle and felt the medicine going in and it freaked me out a bit, she didn't numb me very well and had to give a second dose, instead of allowing me to close my eye's she just brought the needle right out infront of me.

As always, we were very satisfied with out most recent visit. One of our hygienists and the dentist were filling in for people on vacation. I must say, they were just as kind and professional as the normal staff!
Ok so I'm this total phobe about dentists, i start shaking as soon as I walk into the office, Slowly we've been getting me to be able to walk in and go back to the exam rooms. well Wednesday I took the biggest leap... I had 2 teeth filled..... I am really scared about the needle, they hurt like heck... dr.beavers told me BEFORE I even saw the needle that it would be a good time to close my eyes. so i did, next thing i know he's saying it's time to just wait, i thought theres no way that he gave me the novicane and it didn't ... read more
