Very helpful, welcoming staff and relaxing environment.
From the moment I entered the office the staff was professional, friendly and attentive. The facility is bright, clean, open and gives the client fantastic views. Everything is explained thoroughly and openly so as a patient you know exactly what to expect. The Hygienist was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to find my visit very thorough and full of great information. Dr. Gaston and the dental hygienist concisely explained everything they would be doing -- the photos, x-rays and examination of my jaw, mouth and teeth. My feedback and concerns were always addressed and sympathized, and I even watched a couple videos pertaining to my particular teeth issues. Overall, a fantastic first visit in a beautiful facility!
Such friendly service. They go out of their way in order to make sure you are comfortable and they address all of your concerns. They are wonderful with my 7 year old daughter. She actually looks forward to getting her teeth cleaned! Great all around service that I most definitely recommend.
I had an excellent experience at my new patient visit. The office is clean, warm and inviting. Staff was very welcoming. My visit begin with a tour and ended with consultation and coffee : ) Dr. G. is one of the best doctors I've ever met...medical or dental. Every time I visit for a cleaning everyone at Fountain View is very pleasant and professional. On this most recent visit the frontline staff went above and beyond to help me look up my new insurance. And Melissa allowed my daughter to watch a portion of the cleaning to prepare her for her first dental visit. Once the cleanign was done Melissa also gave my daughter her own Princess toothbrush to make her feel special. strong focus on customer/patient satisfaction, and Dr- patient communications. pleasant environment. Clean and well lighted work areas with modern equipment. continual improvement shown from one visit to the next eg. software training for staff. I appreciate the convenient location, reminders of appointments, the coffee,the clean restroom--but mostly the experienced professionalism, encouragement, and information to support good dental health and prevention of tooth decay.
