It was 2AM when I received the dreaded phone call. "Help me mom!" My son was at college and in pain. His wisdom teeth were acting up, which was no surprise. Dr. Craig Spodak had told him that there was a problem with his wisdom teeth and they should be removed. My appointment was for 10am. I wasn't seen till 10:30 because of a "situation." I always find this office to be very professional; so, I was disappointed that I had to wait. I understand that "situations" happen, but I would have liked to have known approximately when I was going to be seen. This certainly doesn't deter me from continuing my association with Spodak Dental. I have recommended several friends to the practice and will continue to do so.

Coming to Spodak Dental is like Cheers, so much that yes, I hop on a plane, somewhere in the US to get there on time for my appointment. Dr. Peterson, Dr. Kaufman and everyone takes such good care of me including answering my 6000 questions, leaving me more educated than when I came in (Yes Jessica, Dr. Peterson educated me on the definition of a Buckle...so 2011). I recommend Spodak to all of my friends including the one who make fun of me (i.e. SMFC).

I was kinda nervous going into this procedure but everyone at Spodak was amazing. They were all so accommodating and I feel truly wanted to make this as easy as possible for ME. I feel great the next day and am so happy that things went according to their plan. I do refer people to them and will continue to do so.

I recently had a dental emergency over a weekend so I called the Spodak emergency line. My dentist, Dr Kaleel, responded within minutes, and took immediate action to make sure I was well taken care of. He then made arrangements for me to meet with Dr. Pru, a specialist in the office for a procedure a few days later. Through the whole process, I was treated with care and respect. It is clear the doctors and staff at Spodak truly have their patients' best interest in mind and are committed to providing exceptional service!

I called to see if I could be seen because I had a broken tooth that had to be extracted. From the first phone call to the kind hearted staff I was so pleased. I am the type of person that is petrified of the dentist and they made me feel very relaxed and explained everything so I was aware of what was going on. I will say I will be going back, it was a pleasure going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Tendler and Bethany for making me feel comfortable and relaxed and out of pain.

As always, the service as whole was outstanding and superior to any I've had elsewhere. Specifically, Jessica's work was extremely professional. She not only cleaned my teeth superbly, but also discussed my dental health thoroughly. She identified a potential problem and arranged an appointment with Dr. Myles to preclude trouble.
