I have been a patient of Spodak Dental for about 3 years now. I was spoiled by what I thought was the best dental team in my home town of East Longmeadow, MA. Not so! I found another best!!!! Dr. Peterson , Marissa and Betty treat me royally. They are kind and welcoming and always put me at ease, even when I am not in a good mood. As always, Dr, Myles and Jessica did a worldclass job on my teeth. In fact, I was extolling the virtues of Spodak Dental to the head of our markeing division this morning. And Jessica, as always, took the time to educate me further on what I need to do to maintain my teeth. Of course, your admin staff make that part easy, too - wish you did banking!
I am 85 1/2 yrs. old and I had to have 4 teeth pulled yesterday. I did not enter the office like I was going to a party BUT when I left I felt I'd been to one !!! I can't believe it !! I met Dr. Alfredo Hendler, the oral surgeon who was warm, friendly and reassuring and I might add, proved to be beyond capable! I was in a chair that felt more like a bed, covered with a soft fuzzy , in la la land and before I knew it IT WAS OVER. Friendly professional staff and Dr. Tendler is a great listener. I feel hopeful that his strategy for my TMJ will be successful.
Pleasing experience. Beginning with the front desk and continuing through the entire appointment, everyone I encountered was very accomodating and helpful. I feel very confident about my choice of Spodak Dental Group. Better Business Bureau rated them A+, and I now understand the reason for the top rating.
I thought my experience was the best I ever had at a dental appointment, everyone was so caring and so nice and put all my fears to rest. I was made to feel so comfortable, that I have no problem coming back there to have any of the work done that I need. I cant thank you enough for making me feel so comfortable, and I'm glad to know I finally have some place to come for my dental needs.
