Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. The entire staff works closely together making sure your visit is pleasant. I felt very comfortable throughout my procedure.
3.5 hours of dentistry., No Pain, during or After. Erica and Dr Craig as my attendees. They delivered my New Front teeth and my implant tooth. Removed all silver fillings. made new crowns of my crumbling molars on the spot. Walked out of their with my new smile. This has been a year plan , coming to an end. Never thought I would EVER look forward to going to the dentist. Well. I am now I will be a regular, and now know to take so much better care of my teeth. great customer service, very friendly, clean and very classy atmosphere. Love the way staff takes the time to explain every option available to patients and makes sure you understand what will happen at each step of any procedure. Love the way the patient is really a part of the treatment planning team; most providers say this but this place actually "walks the walk and talks the talk". Only issue is with scheduling of appointments and not properly contacting patients when needing to reschedule them in a timely manner.
Dr. Peterson, along with Spodak team are very professional, kind and I love the outstanding latest equipments.
As usual,everyone was very professional and made the "dental experience" easy on the patients head. Looking forward to when they move into their new office setting.
Once again my experience with the Spodak Dental Group was wonderful. Bethany is so kind and caring that I could adopt her! Dr. Drucker is the best and I feel like I am special when I am with him. I've been through quite a dental procedure and each time it has been an amazing journey with amazing professionals. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but there is no better dental group than Spodak - so I highly recommend them.
Who would believe the word "delightful" could be used to describe a trip to the dentist? Everyone I interacted with, from the person on the phone who set my appointment to the receptionist who greeted me to the dental assistants and oral surgeon who performed my procedure, were incredible personable, caring and engaging. Spodak's wonderful staff, along with the magic of nitrous oxide, has completely cured my life-long fear of the dentist.
I found the doctors and staff to be very caring and patient.
Michele was particularly helpful with some of my concerns. My hygienist was awesome!
