Plenty of care is placed on making sure I understand everything being performed. Staff was plesent and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit

As always, my experiences with Jessica and Dr. Craig were excellent. The condition of my teeth has improved with the The Spodak dental group. I always appreciate the cleanliness of the office and the instruments. Very professional and pleasant.

Well the entire staff is great! However, every time I leave they (Michelle) tries to over charge me! Which leaves me with a feeling that I got duped when I leave. I have to argue and feel like a nuisance EVERY time I check out!

Jessica has a very calming manner about herself. She is very aware of any discomfort and addresses the problem immediately. She makes the procedure bearable and that makes me feel very comfortable.

Lucy was my Hygienist for the first time and she did an excellent job - she is so kind and patient with me since I have a severe gagging problem. Not only is she an excellent Hygienist, she is an excellent contortionist because I can't recline - almost have to sit straight up while she works on me. Thanks Lucy for making my cleaning "enjoyable"!!!!!!! See you in December :-)
