WONDERFUL BUSINESS!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...EXCELLENT MEDICAL STAFF...I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A DENTIST THAT PROVIDES STEP BY STEP PROCESS...FROM WALKING INTO THE OFFICE TO THE ACTUAL DENTAL PROCEDURE...I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER DENTAL OFFICE...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY FIRST TIME DENTAL VISIT IN YOUR OFFICE SO WONDERFUL...

Well my dental experience was Excellent in the old location, but now its like going to a SPA. I found myself pinching myself to try not to fall asleep to the vibrating dental? chair, sounds of the ocean waves from the custom monitor, and the warming affect of the heat. Not to mention the happy sounds of Lucy , my hygienist. I just can't say enough about Dr. Craig's fine team. First time in my life I have looked forward to going to the dentist!!! Exceptional service...as always. New facility is amazing. Loved the suade dentist chair with heat and massage options. Netflix on personal TV..do I have to leave?!! This is not your grandpas dentist!!

The two times I visited your office were the best experiences I've ever had at the dentist. And I had to have cavities filled. Dr. Patel was working with me, not only is she very good at what she does ( I didn't feel a thing. 7 cavities.) but she is extremely kind and patient. The dental hygienist working with her was Sabrina who was compassionate and knowledgeable, and also very good at what she does. I'm one of those who avoided the dentist out of sheer terror. Since joining Spodak Dental (it feels like I've joined them and become part of the team versus just being a patient) I now drive to my appointments as you would drive to a restaurant to meet friends for lunch. The bad old days of fear and anxiety are long gone.
