After many unsuccessful attempts to find a quality dentist office in South Florida. I was referred to Spodak Dental. The facility and entire staff are incredible. I recently underwent restorative gum surgery there and can not say enough about the experience . Dr. Kauffman and his entire staff were patient, understanding and caring from start to finish . They made my surgery a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Spodak Dental to anyone looking for a fantastic dental facility in the South Florida area.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced in a dentist office. From the moment I walk in and the receptionist knowing my name before I even give it. Everybody was always a pleasure to work with. I was seen yesterday for a cavity and the simple pleasures of having massaging chairs and caring staff made the visit an enjoyment. I can't believe I just said that! Even the simplest things like a comforting hand on the shoulder while being injected with novocain was noticeable and welcomed. I was very impressed with the care that I received on my last visit. For some reason I was very apprehensive and Jessica was very aware and reacted in a sympathic and caring manner. She was just wonderful and proceeded in waiting until I calmed down. She sat with me and she was in touch with my nervousness and soon I was able to have her do her work. She is a true treasure.

My treatment by Jessica was outstanding, as always. Moreover, her perception of additional needed care is greatly appreciated. The immediate response of Dr. Craig is reflective of your wonderful concept of service. My husband and I are most grateful for that service, as we discussed on the way home to the Keys. Very thorough and comprehensive. I have never had that many x-rays done in one office visit. Spodak truly cares about your dental health!

Everyone is super nice. They knew I was nervous and emotional. They took their time with me to explain everything they were going to do. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me headphones so I could tune everything out which helped me relax. Between Dr Peterson and Dr Tull I knew I was in good hands. Dr tull even called me on Saturday to see how I was doing from the procedure of the tooth being pulled and the bone graft for my implant. I highly recommend the Spodak dental group.
