I was very impressed about everything at Spodak at my appointment today. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. My hygienist Jessica and Dr. Patel were personable, kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I felt I was in the right place!!!!

First time to Spodak. What a nice experience. Right from the start I was greeted by Janet who showed me around and explained everything clearly during each step of the examination. The facilities are clean and spacious. With their own lab on the facility, making dental visits are much quicker. Nice place.
From the minute u enter the facility, you are very aware that the surroundings represent a friendly professional environment. Facility is beautiful and accommodates each employee to consult privately with patient. Every employee from receptionist, to assistants, to hygienist to doctors is extremey knowledgable, courteous, professional yet not stuffy. I lost a crown over the weekend, so we contacted Jessica who said to come in Monday morning. When we arrived at 10:00 after a 2&1/2 hour drive from the Keys, we found she had arranged a 10:30 appt with Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel quickly determined the crown was too worn for reinsertion, so she began the process of a new crown immediately. Assisted by Susie, Ann, and Jessica, and working between her scheduled patients, she was able to complete the task by 4:30 to save us a return trip from the Keys. I'm a snow bird who had a minor emergency. I researched the web and determined that the Spodak dental group was best for my needs. I called and was pleased that they found an appointment for me within one hour and continued to be pleased all through the morning. I had a tooth extracted by Doctor Dudley who was extremely professional and pleasant. The assistant, Mike, was with me from start to the end of my visit and made sure all my concerns were answered.
