Very impressive one stop dental Hospital , The staff was amazing and I received a educational tour of the dental hospital .....Very Very cool .....
Everything from start to finish was first class at Spodak Dental.The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. My appointment was right on time. I felt I had a very thorough exam. Both the hygienist and the dentist took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The massage/ examination chair was an added bonus. So far I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spodak dental. In fact, I was barely out of my car when I found myself telling my neighbor how terrific they were.
Staff was wonderful and very professional
This was my first visit to Spodak Dental Group and I didn't have to wait very long before the hygeniest greeted me and gave me a short tour and overview of the office (which is beautiful). I never had such a thorough exam, and I was very impressed by both the hygeniest (Brittany) and the dentist, Dr. Peterson. Going to the dentist isn't my idea of fun, but I found the office to be extremely professional and informative. I would recommend them highly!
Appointment was kept on time. Had digital X-rays & a cleaning. Was met with curtiosy & smiles. All questions were answered. Happy with office experience. Dr. As in Eftehart was very pleasant & professional.
I have been resistant to change Dentist for a variety of reasons. Once I made the decision to make the change on my friends recommendation I choose Spodak. From my initial phone call the experience has been very positive. My initial appointment was for a cleaning and Brittany was great. I met dr. Great people and friendly atmosphere!
I stopped in on an emergency unplanned visit, as my crown had fallen off and I was leaving town the next day. In addition, I was also on a conference call with our CEO, and the entire mean made me feel ok with that and worked around my need to be on that call at the same time. I really appreciate this level of service from a dental office- see you soon.
The treatment that I received was wonderful. Doctor Peterson was very caring and constantly asked if I was okay. Betty did a great job at comforting me and did her job efficiently. She was so caring and made sure that I was not in pain. It was overall a great experience.Diane
