I certainly think that you are operating more and more like a business. This does please me, although I miss some of the laxness I associated with your group as a dental practice. You are now more efficient and less personal. This, however, does not apply to the hygienist I see regularly, nor to Dr. Myles Spodak, who was my original dentist. My cleaning and the attention to my dental needs exhibited by my hygienist are of the highest quality. The work done by Dr. Myles Spodak, likewise. I have always been leery of dentists and have struggled over the years with my dental care. I read about Spodak's recent selection as DelrayBeach Chamber's business of the year. I was very impressed with what I read and even more so upon my first visit. Their friendly staff is clearly well-trained to a vision of careful service designed to make their patients feel welcomed and at ease. As a business person I was quite attracted to the execution of a business plan that has true service as its underlying focus.
