My spirits soared when my Yahoo Calendar reminded me that my next cleaning with Jessica Cooper was in only two days. And it was as marvelous a time as ever, from her energized greeting, to walking through my digital films together (no dangerous radiation employed), to her easy breezy (but thorough!) cleaning, and tasty polishing. I was very pleased with my experience. I was in a lot of pain and was not kept waiting. The diagnosis was quick and I found it most convenient that I did not need to go elsewhere and set up another appointment to see an oral surgeon.

Outstanding as always! Jessica did a superb job both cleaning my teeth and educating me on better practices for tooth care. Dr.Myles also provided outstanding advice for improving my personal dental care. As always, the office staff was warm, receptive, and helpful in every way.

Yesterday I had an unexpected allergic reaction to an over-the-counter medication, following an otherwise perfect treatment, so I went straight back to the office. Thanks to their state of art communication system, after I was promptly greeted, I was ushered in and had super attention from the very capable office manager, two dentists and a dental assistant! They explained my options, prescribed the antidote, and I got a follow-up call from my dentist in the evening. Everyone on the team showed sympathy for my crazy systems ... read more
