I always encounter such a friendly group of people, whether it's the front office staff, the hygienists or the dentist herself. My son has Autism and they do a great job of explaining everything to him, giving us options and being gentle but thorough.
In spite of the miseries of changing procedures, Dental Health Care Center continues to keep me comfortable and safe, providing excellent care for my teeth.
My brother and I had our first appointment at the Dental Health Center in Richfield on April 20. We were pleased to be greeted by some of the former staff who transferred from retiring Paul Berg’s office. We also met Dr Long Thao, a very calming personality who is a graduate of the University of Minnesota dental program. The office is very spacious and social distancing guidelines are strictly followed. My brother and I look forward to a lasting relationship with this dental clinic.
Love the staff and the atmosphere. Professional, welcoming and caring. Respect their expertise. My cleaning and exam were thorough and left me feeling confident that I'm in good hands!
