Time I had a 1:00 appointment for a cleaning. At 1:15 I said I would have to reschedule as I had another commitment to be at. Amanda got me in right away and got it done in time. I was quite irritated that I wasn't told while in the waiting room that there would be a wait. I hustled to get there on time and I feel the same courtesy should be given to the client.
