I normally go to Dr. O'neil who provides excellent dental care. In this instance he was not available and Dr. Megan Beuckens handled my problem. She did a great job investigating my concerns and explaining how I should care for the problem with the crown until it could be replaced. She will handle the replacement in the near future.

I always have a great experience. No one wants to go to the dentist but its a necessity and everyone here is friendly and helpful. I was told by the ER doctor I may have a dental abscess. I called and the clinic had an opening and got me in. They explained things and booked another appointment to take care of my now-needed root canal. I have recommended them to friends and family previously. They are easy to talk to and make your trip a good experience!
I would have given this appointment 5 stars, but the office was going through a computer system conversion that required me to fill out 4 pages of medical history form on a laptop. Not the worst thing, but the system was quirky and somewhat annoying to use. I appreciate that they want to do good, thorough and accurate recordkeeping, but some advance warning about the way the application did not work properly would have eliminated some of the struggle.

I have been with Dr O'Neil for many years. He clearly reviews any issues and allows patients to share their thoughts on any suggested treatments.
Next time you get new software be sure it can transfer all the existing data. Great experience otherwise.
