Very good experience. Dr. O'Neil and his staff are very caring making sure you are feeling good during your experience continually asking, "How are you doing?" and giving you feedback on how your procedure is progressing.

When I first got there, an elderly was in front of me saying, "You're one of my favorites." And the way everyone interacted was different then a lot of places; it seemed like they cared about the person.I got tired of my dentists seeming like a used car salesman--keeping track of my insurance and making sure everything is spent: just fix and educate me on better teeth care. Thank you guys for the warm welcome and all the time spent on getting to know me (and my teeth :)
I asked for an received immediate attention (within 36hours) for a crown that was broken off at the root. The treatment was accurate, reasonably painless, and I'm back out with a temporary crown while the new one is being made. This is the most professional dental clinic I have experienced.
Dr.Stark and everyone else is pleasant enought have no anxiety prior to or during my visit. I always recomment Dr. Stark when the topic of dentists comes up.
From the front desk to the chair and out the door the customer service, tech work and doctors visit was extraordinary. I am always so impressed even after being a customer for 5 years.thanks so muchMary Clapp
