From the moment you come in the door your greeted with a smile, courteousness, and respect. The waiting area was very clean with a small array of entertainment and beverage frig while you wait, which wasn't very long. Everyone I encountered were extensively pleasant. They made/make sure you understand what is going on by breaking things down in laymen's terms. I recently lost a huge filling in one of my molars and had a crack in another. I was fit into their busy schedule as soon as they learned of my issues. Dr. O'Neil and his pretty assistant worked as one to repair and crown my teeth. I was in the chair for nearly four hours.
