Highly recommend this place, Had a great experience going there I'll be going back for sure anytime I need some work done. All employees are just awesome, they treat you with great manners, such a nice place. this is the place to go if anyone needs dental work! Ya won't regret going there!
I am not patient, never been or will be. I just want to say that the staff, starting with the manager are very rude. I applied for a job they have posted, and later called to find out if the manager received my application, the receptionist was asking me many questions, which was not of her business, will not transfer me to the manager, then, finally I was transferred and the manager got really nasty with me on the phone and processed by saying "indeed does not mention that you can contact the office and/or the manager" That... read more
Everyone was friendly especially the front office, it was my 1st time in this particular office. Dr Peck is a excellent dentist, so knowledgeable.
I had to take my adult daughter in. She does not have dental insurance and was long overdue. They were very friendly, the price was reasonable considering, there was a bit of a wait but that was because they took very good care of her and did not rush through the procedure. They took no short cuts or ran her through like a meat market. Everything was very clean. The staff was super friendly.
I would not recommend this place to anyone! First off they don't explain things very well and then they say one thing and then do any other thing! Totally just took my money for not fixing anything!! The dental care at the dental express must have very low standards compared to the state of Iowa dental care the I have received!!
