She was unfriendly, ignored me when I spoke to her. She didn't explain what was going to happen next and just continued on instead. I requested the fluoride and she didn't offer me a choice after explaining to her I wanted to pick the flavor. She scraped, flossed and polished my teeth, but she didn't brush my teeth clean. When I asked her for sensitivity toothpaste, she acted bothered. I've been coming to Royal Oak Denistry for years, this is my only bad experience. I obviously was disappointed.

The folks here do an incredibly good job at making you feel at ease. The entire dental staff goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend this practice for anyone who might require dental work.

My experience was great, from the moment I walked in the door. I was treated with courtesy, and kindness. The Dentist was able to tell me exactly what my daughter needed, and I appreciated that. I am an observant person, and what I from my experience I can tell, this dentistry is not money hungry, they are there to make sure patients get proper care for their teeth.
