My whole family loves this practice. We are always greeted warmly. Everyone is relaxed but professional. This practice does everything right to keep us coming back.
The entire staff at Royal Oak are skilled, thorough, and professional throughout your dental visit. You will be treated as an individual and with genuine caring. Each member of the team will explain what they are doing and why and you are never made to feel as if they are in a hurry to usher you out for another patient to come in. This is a sign that they do a great job with their scheduling process and that they honor your time and appreciate you as a patient.
My family and I have been going to this practice for many years. Dr. Smith and his staff are wonderful. They’re very caring. They all go above and beyond. I especially like Carmen , Dr. Smith’s dental assistant . She always puts me at ease and is very knowledgeable. Carmen will take the time to phone you when you’ve had a big procedure. Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor. He always takes the time to explain the procedure as he goes along. . I highly recommend Royal Oak.

Courteous, on time and thorough check-up. Never had a poor experience here.
Dental hygienist didn’t listen to my request to apply numbing medication all over my teeth before she started cleaning. She only applied a small amount on my bottom teeth and did not wait anytime to start cleaning after it was applied. When she started cleaning my top teeth I had to stop her and ask her again to apply the numbing gel to my top teeth. She didn’t say a word and just applied it. I will not be going to her for cleaning again.
Well thank you guys again. I came for my regular checkup and needed a small adjustment on my back teeth where there was a gap where food was packing. Dr. Smith said we could handle it today and save you another trip. Which was fantastic to knock it out now instead of later. Thanks so much! John
