The entire staff at Royal Oak Dental is always courteous, personable and professional!! The actual dental services provided always meet my expectations!!
As always Sandy was spot on. She didn’t find any of the cavities that I hidden (HaHa). The suggestions for home care of my teeth allowed me to leave without a follow up appointment - at least not for six months. The office was in tip top shape, the staff always makes you feel welcome and Dr. Smith was his usual up beat self.
Attention to your overall well-being not just your mouth. Attention to your time and money. Attention to the many details. In a phrase “warm professionalism”.
Everyone is so very nice. Enjoy going in when it is my time. Been going for almost 30 years. Excellant service!!
I totally enjoyed my dental visit. The staff , particularly Carmen, was so nice and pleasant. The dentist, Dr. Smith, was patient and answered all of my questions.
