Last week I was here and waited an hour to be seen. So I tried a 9am appt with my son this week. There were 7 people waiting outside who also had 9am appts. I waited again for an hour for them to tell me they don’t take my sons insurance. I asked the office management about my sons insurance at my last visit and they said it was accepted. This has got to be the worse dental office ever. Very disorganized. I will not be returning
been here since 2:30 and they keep seeing other patients in front of me. horrible service
One of the worse experiences of my life. I come here so I can be serviced properly but it feels like this branch practice ill will against those customers. Not only that you can hear the manager mistreating her employees like their children on the 1st grade, I truly do not know or can is we how this dental service will sutian with them operating like the New York Knicks or the Cleveland Browns a complete dumpster fire. This my last time ever coming here and will let everyone know to never step foot in their dental office
I do NOT recommend this office to anyone. My son is 5 and I have been taking him here since he was 2. Never had any cavities until I go to his appointment in July and they say he has 1 but they don’t do xrays so they send me somewhere else and the new office tells me he has not 1 cavity but 5! He was put to sleep for dental surgery today and here he had an infection due to a deep cavity that has been there over a year so they had to pull the tooth and 4 silver caps put in! Unfortunately the reviews of the office being on time is true! My step son had a 1pm appointment and at 230 .. GUess what?! We are still here waiting! The office is clean and comfortable . They even have a play area with video games and free WiFi . But! they need to do better with the times..especially with children!

they are the worst!they cut my son's gum during a cleaning,he was 6.left a hole....also they do poor work..very lazy as well at the front desk.if you have an appointment they make u fill out paperwork every time and it takes hours to be since..I wouldn't send my sick dog their.also their play area never gets wiped down..very poor management.to many young kids with NO experience what so ever..also not friendly with kids they can care less if your kid feels scared or comfortable..I literally have a video of 2 employees smoking... read more
They are always good to my kids and my self my kids love them they alway see us on time if not even sooner
The worst staff ever!!! Rude , long wait time and nothing!
