we canceled after waiting over an hour. 4 others had been waiting over an hour. thanks a lot you inconsiderate people. wasting our time and money. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
If i could give 0☆ i would. This place is just wow. So dr. O did my son and daughters teeth, he was ok. But the female dr who did my other daughters mouth was asking to many questions on her legs(bruises, and veins) for 1 she plays ruff for 2 she gets cold. Another thing is she kept being really rude instead of comforting when my daughter was screaming saying her mouth hurt and the dr wanted to tell her to stop crying and suck it up all rude. I will not be going back to this place qith my children.
Just amazing staff, and they do amazing with kids.
So blessed by them today! Thought I was going to have to have a tooth pulled but they saved it and are Helping me with other dental problems. Great attitudes and so nice.
My boyfriend had an appointment at 4 and it took around 3 hours total for a 45 minute tooth extraction. The wait time is terrible. They either need more dentists or don't over book the 3 they have.
The front end staff is pretty rude. The dentist and hygienist were pretty good, but why should I even schedule and appointment if I'm gonna have to wait atleast an hour to be seen!!! Don't schedule so many people at once!
