I've been going here for a few years now. Always waited at least an hour after my appointment was scheduled to even be pulled back into a room. Today was the 2nd time I was there for over 3 hours just for a filling. I waited in the room, with no one checking in for a hour and a half. The dentist didn't even start any work until 3 hours after I sat down. Not to mention I had to go BACK to them less than 6 months after a filling because it started to fall apart already... after only a few months! Not wasting my time anymore.
this place is trash. rude staff and always takes at least 2 hours before youre even seen by the dentist.
I have been on the phone for hours trying to make appointment. this company has the worst phone system ever and if you leave messages, no on returns calls.
Impatient with kids with disabilities. Dont seem to be willing to even try to make it easier on a child with physical limitations. Not accommodating to special needs. Refused to give me his medical records for 2 weeks because " The main owner of the national chain" had to review all tests before released? We needed the records to take to U of M and even signed for them and they refused to give them to me. They had trouble keeping their story straight.
Very rude and unprofessional. Dont come here, these people have no regard for other people's time. They kept me and my son waiting for an hour.
Recommendedbeen coming here for years. Like my dentist. and the secretary is friendly. if i ever have a question about anything they give me the answer I seek.
promise sevice and timeline, get paid dont follow thru and dont care, expensive services paid for, forced to wait on lied timeline, or spend twice as much somewhere else on top of services already paid for for teeth pulled and dentures, so if you have plans for a pretty smile in 6 monthe's ie wedding, just cancell and rehab whatever cost you can cuz your dental work wount be done for a year, they are in a real hurry to start work and get paid after that dont care.
Waited 2 hours past appointment time only to find out while I was sitting there they bumped my appointment back. I left.
My teeth cleaning lasted a total of 15 minutes. I have never had a worse experience for a teeth cleaning. I believe a doctor did the cleaning which, to me, is surprising since it's usually a dental hygienist that does the cleaning. The doctor did not do a thorough job and was in a rush. I would NOT recommend going there. I will not return there nor recommend it as a good place to get your teeth cleaned. Unless you want a rush job!
