wait time sucks. they never answer the phone when they do your on hold for about 6 minutes then they disconnect the call.smh
I have been on the phone for hours trying to make appointment. this company has the worst phone system ever and if you leave messages, no on returns calls.

I went to dental dreams at the brickyard mall 3 weeks ago for treatment, they were supposed to send a request to my insurance for my remaining treatment and they did not. I called 3 weeks later and made a follow up appointment and asked did my insurance approve the treatment, they said yes. On my appointment day I showed up waited 1 hour for them to tell me my insurance claim was never sent. Then they said I had to wait 2 more weeks for a approval.
