My first appt I sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours..Today my appt was at 430...Well it's 530 and I am no longer there...I left and told them that I would find a new dentist...This place is a joke...I watched person after person get taken back to see there dentist...People who came in after me...I am highly unsatisfied...I will never recommend this place...Dental dreams is a joke..
They are highly overbooking and the manager doesnt seem to be doing her job correctly which is managing. Last week I had an appointment at 10. Didnt get called back till 10:20. Mind you they open at 10. Im not sure how far they got behind that fast. Today I had a 10am appointment and decided to come late for that reason. For them to get their selves together amd its now 11:10. Still not called back. She said cause I was late. Not. There are 10:30 appointment and 11:00 appointments called back before me. Ridiculous. Had 2 appointments for 3pm waited in waiting room over an hour now we have been in the back for over an hour neither my self or my son have been treated only exrayed it is now 5:07pm still no treatment
Even if you gatta wait a wile they are extremely sweet.
This place is extremely slow. You sit and wait for over an hour in the waiting room, then you wait long period of time in the exam room. Crazy!!!!
