The worst place ever waited 1 hour and they still didn’t call me to check me in....so I told them I was leaving and they are horrible business ����� It makes me mad because I even left work early and my kids miss some classes because of them......worst place ever ...... ��������
Professionalism is poor the only thing nice about this place is front staff and the play area for the kids.

I arrived at union deposit rd office at 1:40 pm waited for an hr asked how much longer they told me I'm next to be called. 10 minutes later they call someone else and again another . I wasn't called until 3:21pm then left in room for another 25 minutes before attended to. My gums were mutilated during extractions in previous appointment. Extractions on 2 teeths done while presence of infection in gums were evident. It was pulled even though i still felt pain. Horrible experience.
Been going here for years and have always been satisfied. But went here last week and I swear never again. Called them and the dentist said she could pull my tooth out there. I drove an hour(cause I live far away) and got there and the same dentist said she couldn't pull it. Like why tell me on the phone you can pull it if you can't? I have now switched to West Shore family dental and they already seem much more friendly and they have way better reviews. I would not recommend dental dreams to anyone ever!
The receptionists are highly disrespectful. I was given a referral for my daughter that I had problems with. Called back out there one reception was helping me. Put me on hold. Then another receptionist gets back on the phone and is highly disrespectful. Hangs up on me then never answers when I call back. But then when I call back from another number answers recognized it was me and put me on hold again. Her name is Olivia & she needs some actions taken against her.
Cruddy waiting room. I waited an hour to be told no teeth cleaning without xray. Called ahead and verified this would be okay. Then after waiting forever was refused by doctor. Waste of time!
