wait time sucks. they never answer the phone when they do your on hold for about 6 minutes then they disconnect the call.smh
I don't reccomend coming here unless you are prepared to sit at least an hour. Today I've sat two hours past the scheduled appointment time. It would be a decent doctors office if we didn't have to wait at least an hour every time.
Do not go there!!! They will tell you that you need all this unnecessary dental work that you don’t need. They told me I NEEDED a root canal after my x rays for my front tooth without even touching it. The dentist was cold and had no bedside manner AND she was very very sloppy and slow with her cavity filling work. So after my experience with her I decided to go to another private pay dentist to get my root canal done and her cavity mess up (if I was going to pay, I was going to pay someone I trusted) and he told me I didn’t... read more
This place is TERRIBLE. I took my kids in April. They did scaling on my 12 year old daughters teeth and chipped pieces of several teeth away, I ended up having to take her back to get those teeth filled in. The front desk staff is very friendly! But once you enter the back, you would think none of these people went to school. They did xrays on both of my kids teeth and said neither of them have cavities. RecommendedI went to Dental Dreams for the first time and had the best experience. The paperwork was fast and easy. The wait was very short. It took no time to see the dentist when I got to the back and I didn’t go through any pain when she removed my tooth. The staff was helpful and efficient. I called yesterday and had an appointment for today. I was the most positive and pain we visit that I’ve ever had. Thank you Dental Dreams....

Pain Free thanks ladies I’ll be back
In here 4x in the last 2 weeks and each time a waited about 1 1/2 hours before even seeing the dentist. Office staff lacks ability to handle complaints in a way that shows any remorse for their short comings. Will be changing dentist for entire family. Worst thing is when I informed them i would be changing dentist offices they seemed completely unphased, they didn't even care.
