These people call me daily, sometime even more than once in a day, harassing me to make an appointment for my child even though I have already told them numerous times I will not be returning to them and we have found a new dentist. The one time that we did go there, they were calling me 15 mins before my appointment to ask where I was, and then when I got there that had us waiting in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes and then another 30 waiting in the chair to see the dentist.
By Far the worst dental business I have ever dealt with. They harass you to make an appointment, then they dont keep up with the commitments made. This company has no sense of customer loyalty and will take walk-ins before appointments. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment and still was not called. I told them I was leaving and they asked me to re-schedule. Are you serious? No, I would not like to re-schedule as I will not be coming back to your business. Do everything possible to not go to this place.

I have to say this must be the worse dentistry I have ever been too. Extremly unprofessional people. From Management down to receptionists. They dont care about there patients it obviously is only a money maker (so they think). Staff was very rude including the doctors if you can call them that. The manager barly spoke english (although she swore pretty clearly in english). I would never recommend anyone to go to this dump. This place is wonderful! My teeth felt really great when I left here and it lasted as well! My husband went a couple days later and the dentist told him he had glue on his teeth (from his braces, he had removed long ago) and she actually removed it! When other dentist have just left it there! I highly recommend this place. The staff are all amazing as well!!
