The only dentist my kids have ever seen but now they are too old to get an appointment on Saturdays even though they are always advertising Saturday appointments. Apparently that does not apply to you if you are a teenager and on Medicaid. It is important to me that my teenage kids not miss school anymore than absolutely necessary so now after 15 years I'm having to shop around for a new dentist. Beyond frustrated

The assistant seems to not be patient at all with any child who is slightly apprehensive, making the entire situation worse. They refused to treat my daughter because “the lady was mean.” Thanks for wasting our time.
