Have had 2 root canals done at this dentist so far by Dr. Joseph Sebourn & all dental hygienists/assistants as well as the dentist himself have all been very patient, kind & understanding with me as a patient. All have been a tremendous help so far and seem to be very understanding to my needs, especially considering I have generalized anxiety which makes me very anxious and nervous about trips to the dentist which I am extremely grateful for. Scheduled an appointment for my child, was told after check-in they are running behind. An hour later and still in the waiting room waiting to be taken back. This is unacceptable. You are now wasting my family's time. You essentially missed the appointment.
