The most comfortable root canal ever! Dr Parks you ROCK! Staff is AWESOME! I've worked in Customer Service positions for over 23 yrs, and they are Superb!!!!
So sweet and nice! Every staff person i have met is super nice and helpful. The train theme is super cute and incorporated throughout the entire building, keeping kids occupied
Got there 15 before appointment time to fill out paper work. Got him checked in around 11:55 (Appointment time was 12:00) Kept on waiting and waiting. People that got there after us went back after we have been waiting almost 30 minutes. After 45 minutes with a 2 year old I just said screw it. And left. Worst experience ever,and it was my first time there. Just going to stick with Super Smiles!
When you make a Dr appointment and they tell you, "yes we can see you at 2pm. We have an opening." Then you get there 15minutes early just in case. Then you notice you are the only one sitting in the waiting room and every one that comes In after you gets taken back. So you ask after an hour of waiting am I next I've been here a while and they tell you that they are trying to squeeze you in. I wasted a vacation day for this. They are always behind and never get you back on time. Show up 20 minutes early and wait 1 1/2 hours just to get back. Then wait another half hour to even speak to a dentist. Then because they are behind, they dont let the numbing agent set in and start working on your 6 year old daughter too soon and have her screaming. Most unorganized and ridiculous office ever. The office in Tulsa is great, but I will never go back to the Broken Arrow office.
