The staff is very caring and open. I have had surgery that causes issues during dental procedures and the staff understands and acco.odates my needs. I know that all the staff care about me as a person.
We got to Dental Depot for all of our appointments. We have never had a problem.
I took my kids there today and I’m extremely disappointed. The dental assistant didn’t change out any of the tools between my two children. She literally used the same toothbrush head and sucker tool! She left the second set of tools unopened on the counter until right before the dentist came in. Not only is this disgusting it’s a huge health violation! If they did this with me watching what are they doing when customers aren’t watching? Avoid this place!
