Recommendedmy son went today. Dr. Johnson was patient and professional. Office staff so up beat and personal to your needs. Will be using them again.
I’ve only had super positive results! The staff is so nice and work to make sure I’m very comfortable. Even the doctors have been friendly. Very conversational... even though I can’t talk while they’re working, it definitely kept my mind off their work! Very pleased with my care!!!
Honestly in the past I would have definitely recommended Dental Depot in BA for anyone looking for a good dentist office to go too.. Until today’s experience... Also to add I am a super nice, reasonable person and understand that not every visit you have at some places will be perfect.. but today I only went in for a dental cleaning and I left feeling like I just had all of my teeth ripped out. The assistant was rude and hateful. Been there an hour waiting to start. As soon as I complained to the manger nicely said he'd get new assistant. Went to chair here they come same assistant now suddenly I have an infection. No one said that before I complained. So rude service took too long manager didn't care just to suspiciously say infection which the dentist never said! This is not my first bad experience there. Only place to go to for emergencies! Great place. Was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment. Staff very polite and out going.
The dr’s are nice and the place is clean.
