Every time I have been to a Dental Depot location all of the staff have been professional. No matter the issue, big or small, it is always taken care of with great care and wonderful attitude. I have never appreciated a dentist's office this much since I was a kid! Thank you Dental Depot!!

I waited 1.5 hours in pain without any update as to whether I’d get to see the dentist at my scheduled time. A scheduled appointment for a botched root canal they did. I left without seeing anyone. Now having to reschedule with a different doctor. Guess they just don’t care about patients who are in pain from problems they caused. Time to call a lawyer. I shouldn’t have even tried with this quack again. Lesson learned: when you feel you’re not being cared for, go somewhere else.
