It appears that who ever is taking appts is not up to date on what services are provided and how long those services take. ie - I was book for a whitening session at 1pm, then told upon arrive that it takes 2 hrs and we close at 2pm - so why was I booked for 1pm?? 2nd occurrence - whitening session @ 1pm - arrive early, just to find out services no longer performed here....I’m confused - so why not tell me that over the phone!!!

This place does not allow their employees to speak Spanish unless they are interpreting. 80%+ of your clients are Hispanics and this is not only discriminatory but very stressful and unfair to employees. No recomiendo este lugar porque prohibe a sus empleados el hablar Español.

It is not and has not been a Dental Depot policy to prohibit the use of Spanish or any other language within our offices. A miscommunication was made to our employees by team members who did not have the approval nor direction to share this “policy.” Our leadership team is taking the situation very seriously and are working to correct the information shared with our employees at the Southwest OKC office. Racist place that does not allow their employees to speak Spanish, but yet %80 of their customers only speak Spanish... Dental Depot you will never get money from me or all my FB contacts.. No vayan a este lugar racista...
Every time I have been to a Dental Depot location all of the staff have been professional. No matter the issue, big or small, it is always taken care of with great care and wonderful attitude. I have never appreciated a dentist's office this much since I was a kid! Thank you Dental Depot!!

I waited 1.5 hours in pain without any update as to whether I’d get to see the dentist at my scheduled time. A scheduled appointment for a botched root canal they did. I left without seeing anyone. Now having to reschedule with a different doctor. Guess they just don’t care about patients who are in pain from problems they caused. Time to call a lawyer. I shouldn’t have even tried with this quack again. Lesson learned: when you feel you’re not being cared for, go somewhere else.
