I went in Saturday for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The first 3 were a breeze and did not take any time. The last tooth was sitting on my jaw bone and took well over an hour to extract. I was not giving an option for anesthesia or laughing gas. The dentist had me sitting in a chair over an hour after the first 3 were extracted waiting for the numbing shot to work for my last tooth.
