Although going to the dentist is far from my favorite pastime, the great staff at Dental Depot makes it as pleasant of an experience as it possibly can be. Today, I had a routine cleaning and everything went as smooth as possible. The front desk attendant greeted me immediately with a smile. Really a great experience It had been a while since I visited a dentist, but I have a long history of visiting dental offices. The customer service at Dental Depot was fantastic. This was my first time using a new insurance and wasn't 100% sure what it covered. The folks at DD found out what I was covered for and worked out a maintenance schedule that works with my insurance plan. I was made to feel very comfortable during my cleaning and during the dentist's review of my Xrays etc. I don't know that I've had that great of a... read more

Who doesn't like TRAINS??? The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always ready to help, quickly too. They do their best to help you to understand what's going on in your mouth, and I have yet to have to make a second appointment for a problem found during a checkup. They don't look for problems that aren't really there so they can make more of a profit on your smile. They are straight and to the point and only make recommendations on what you truly need done.
