Una falta de comunicación se hizo con nuestros empleados por miembros del equipo que no tenían la aprobación ni la dirección para compartir esta “política”. Yes they have a 15 minute window. My appointment was at 1 I showed up at 1:15. I did call them and notify them that I would be late. They said I have 15 minutes after 1 to not have to reschedule. So here I am they asked to reschedule me. I said no, they have no understanding that life is hard for people right now. My insurance goes out in 2 months, they said “I’m so sorry but we can’t get behind our time”. Gave me an appointment the next day and pulled my tooth out same day I was also a new patient. The lady’s are super nice as well.
WORST PLACE EVER. MADE ME WASTE MY TIME BECAUSE THEY WE'RE NOT TRYING TO PULL BOTH OF MY WISDOM TEETH OUT AT THE SAME TIME I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I RATHER GO TO THE ONE ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE. ..
