The staff is very friendly. Prices are a little high but the quality of staff and dentists is great.

My responses appear to be less than optimal, but I give Boston Dental an A+ most of the time. I think that the transfer of XRays from the Harvard Dental wasn't completed, and Boston Dental's sending the wrong panoramic to Harvard Dental was not corrected, as far as I can tell from my e-mails. That's confusing. I would hope that, once the forms have been signed authorizing a HIPAA-compliant transfer of PHI (x-rays i this case), the patient shouldn't need to be involved in micromanaging that transfer in order to ensure complet... read more
I was there for an orthodontic visit (Invisalign) and had to have another attachment placed on a lower tooth. I think the assistant may have accidentally dropped some of the bonding solution on my skin, because immediately after the procedure it felt sore. I looked in the mirror after and the spot, though small, looked as though it had been burned. I think this is something to be careful of in the future.

Dr.Oscar is quite wonderful....everyone seemed like friendly!r Jesinnia--she is also quite wonderful, she was very helpful in getting my insurance setup with the office.
