Dr. El-Malecki and staff were patient friendly as always.
the atmosphere was great and the doctor was very knowledgeable of my condition.
The only problem I had was the reception desk booked me for only an hour and apparently the work that needed to be done was suppose to be longer, so the dental hygienist was only able to do one portion and I have to come back for the second part. This is very inconvenient.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and very kind.
It was a great experience overall. But while the dentist at my cleaning had said I will probably need my wisdom teeth extracted because I have a small jaw etc., the extraction consultant did not seem to care. So I'm a little confused with the conflicting information.
Been going to Boston Dental for about a year now and have never had a bad experience with them. Very friendly staff.
Staff is good. Dr. Malecki went over my options to fixing chipped front tooth. Helped me understand why partial crown won't be a good idea and recommended full crown for long term. He accommodated me for the procedure next week at time convenient to me. I hope anesthesia shot doesn't hurt and procedure goes as smoothly as my exam visit.
There were treatment items that Dr. Malecki explained to me that appear to have been omitted from the treatment plan I received. These omitted items impact the phases/priority of my treatment plan and significantly impact the overall costs.
