I understand you would like to be paid as quickly as possible, but i really like to see my explanation of benefits from my dental insurer before i pay --because in the past year there was an error and i overpaid ,but that matter was resolved quickly and courteously by staff.
I did not have to wait, everything was explained. I really liked the experience!!!
I was taken in for my appointment just a few minutes after I checked in. Diana Asshasi explained my dental situation to me very well. When they needed to wait for something, they let me watch Netflix in the meantime on their computer. Excellent service.

Both the hygienist and the dentist were very nice, gentle and explained things well. I didn't feel rushed but they were efficient with their time. I do wish I had a gotten a card from my dentist since I can't remember her name now.
I have TMD and can get anxious about dentist appointments, but with Bouchra, I know I'm in good hands. She and Dr. Simon are gentle and accommodating.
Don't remember name of lady at front desk however she was awesome ....actually everyone was..felt comfortable
I loved the girl who took my X-rays. Sooo nice! Bathroom could be cleaner but I did come late in the day.
