I was very happy with my visit.
This place is awesome. Everyone was patient, explaining things in a way that a non-dentist can understand. Most importantly to me, it was my first ever dentist experience when I didn't feel judged or pressured to buy a lot of products. I hadn't been to a dentist in awhile because I didn't have insurance and it is expensive, but no one made me feel bad about that. Most people do not look forward to seeing their Dental Hygienist but I can assure I do look forward to seeing Bouchra. She puts her patients at ease and advises in a gentle way (I need to floss better). The front desk staff is helpful, considerate and professional at all times making necessary calls to insurance carriers to ensure what coverage�s/co-pays I have. Being a patient at Boston Dental is a pleasure!
