The hygienist and dentist who saw me were both very personable, clear, helpful. Really nice visit!

Too many reminders. I feel like I get a million texts and emails in the week leading up to my visit. One reminder/confirmation is fine, but after that it's just annoying.
I was treated horribly and embarrassed because there was a discrepancy because it showed I owed because my insurance sent info late I told her I would call them and she said I better pay or I will be put in collections in front of other clients very unprofessional and then I did not know my appt yesterday was a co payment and again she said since you can't pay you will pay a $50 fee even though I came to the appt and did not have the co pay again she was very unprofessional . Everyone was great. The appointment was very comfortable.
Oscar is patient and gentle
I thought I made the appointment to see the same dentist I saw the last time and it was a different person yet again. It would be nice to have some consistency in care and to be notified if the dentist that will see me changes from the time I made the appointment so it at least wouldn't have been a surprise.
The technician was very helpful and personable
My hygienist, Oscar, is great. He is very nice and we always have good conversation.
