Worst experience every filling they drilled out and replaced with their own new filling failed with in 6 months and charged the insurance company to refill the fillings do not take your children here

HELLO, i am sorry you had a bad experience, but i am not sure if they told you or not but fillings do fall out because its not a something that is permanent. However if you are look for more of a permanent solution then you need to look for more of our perm options that we offer. But overall their is nothing like have your own natural teeth. They created an emergency set of dentures from scratch in a very short time when my 150 lb. Bull Mastiff ATE my dentures !! I have since referred two friends there. They do truly amazing work at DCP. And I have NO worries going there with all this virus stuff going around. They were always so clean, so careful, always cleaning up as they worked. Great people, genius doctors and nurses, very knowledgeable. The Best !!

The staff went out of their way to turn my previous appointment from horrible to happy again. I appreciate all the staff taking the time to ask me how they could make me feel better. The Dentist, Hygienist, Office Manager and the Receptionist have all done an exceptional job at turning my experience around to serve me better than I could have ever imagined. Unqualified to perform my pickup of partials as she could not tell the top from the bottom and spoken to as if I wasn’t aware I had no back teeth Also wore gloves while walking down the hall and adjusting my chair. Refused me speaking to another doctor saying the partials didn’t fit and Dr Pola was the only one who could correct. Had to pay my deductible before being seen so I gave my last $68 as well as taking off the rest of the day from work for what I thought was the final pickup. Dental center has horrible practice and that one unfriendly office receptionist. Called first thing on a Monday to reschedule due to a core sore and was informed that you can only miss 3 appt. and then be refused to see a dent. Been going here for over 10 years missed twice the first time was due to a snow storm. If they can’t take into account inclement weather or understand that a cord sore is highly contagious and/or can be spread if touched and a dent. shouldn’t be in your mouth while having a cold sore then that s is no... read more
