Went for the 1st time today, as i have a cracked tooth.Everyone was friendly, and professional. Dr Green was personable and caring. We have a plan in place. They are upfront about costs. Easy to schedule. Great at sending reminders. 5 stars all the way
Everyone at the office is simply amazing and friendly. Truly a 5 star office
We took my son there for dental work, the dental work was fine, the business aspect was horrible, I supplied the office with both insurances as well as paid $1000.00 prior to the service , The entire bill was paid before the procedure was done. The insurance office also asked for our medical insurance, I called and went to the dental office because they keep sending me bills, no one has an answer of why they keep sending bills. Long time patient of this practice, and like both doctors and my hygienist. Received a $150 bill with no explanation for services performed several months ago. I asked for an explanation since my services have always been covered in the past. They went out of network and forgot to let me know so I was left with expenses I could have avoided except for their failure to notify me. I got a crown replaced by Dr. Spillman early 2021. The crown has never felt completely natural when I flossed in between there, but they assured me that all is well. I have not had any pain or anything like that. Early August this year, my crown broke in half. I called the dental office and the receptionist informed me that both dentist were on vacation and I would have to wait until the following week.
