After waiting an hour and 15 min. (I was 15 min early, I’m respectful like that) I was told it would be a few minutes and it would be my turn for a cleaning. I saw the assistant talk with the woman who would be cleaning my teeth and I saw she wasn’t a few minutes out, but more like 15-30. I used to work in a dentist office, as well as being a patient, and she was about half way through, if that. Why, if someone is running over an hour late, would you NOT call patients and tell them!
